Phillip Gold

I worked with Phil for 27 yrs. at cedar river tower apts. Phil always looked out for me all those yrs and was there to help me the last 2 yrs when I had colon cancer, by hiring more help for me ,so I & my family had no worries. I will miss him as a friend and the stories of his travels among many other things. It was a pleasure to have known him. My Sincere Condolences, Steve Klein

I recall the first time that I met Phillip which was a little over two years ago when I interviewed with him for the manager position at Linwood Place Apartments in Cedar Rapids. He was professional as well as personable and I was honored to be offered the position in that meeting. I knew that I would only learn and excel in my experience while working for him. The staff (Rick, Matt and Lisa), along with myself were shocked and saddened at the news of Phillip’s passing. He will be missed dearly not only by the four of us, but by the many residents at Linwood Place Apartments. We send our deepest sympathy to Sue and all of Phillip’s family; share in the sorrow and wish that we could have been there to give our support and let you know how much we care.
